To celebrate this months theme of deep breathing we are sharing with you a wonderful 10 minute meditation from Jodi Baretz, our very own WisdomFeed+ Coach.
This mediation is designed to teach you how to relieve stress in any given moment, practising this mediation for just two to ten minutes a day, you will gain the muscle memory to recall this exercise to help you become centred, focused and relaxed.
As most of us breathe shallowly or don’t even recognise that we are breathing, this exercise invites us to become not just aware of the breath but to follow it and help it relax us.
We would love for you to share your comments and insights on this meditation below!
Enjoy!
Love Jodis Meditations!
So helpful & calming. Thank you
So glad you enjoyed!
Amazing how ‘comfortable’ Jodi’s meditation makes me…
Went by soooo quickly! Very calming
Day 1 for me. Just did my first day of meditation. I had some time so i did the 10 minute version.
Definitely was relaxing and i feel more centered to move on through the day and the 4th of July Weekend!
That was helpful! I will definitely try this when I can’t sleep. Thank you!
So glad, if you do the meditation again leave a note and let us know how it goes!
I liked Jodi’s Deep Breath Meditation. Simple, disciplined & flexible.
great,
Lin repetition I appreciate hearing what I had not heard before. Jodi saying “your breath is always with you,” stands out as message I will take with me,
this was nice!
I hope to make it a habit by following up with you
thank you!
My wife was distracted. I suggested she join me meditating. She said, that she had already meditated. I offered she could do a 2 minute meditation. I did the 10 minute meditation.
When the notion of optional times were offered, I first thought it would be confusing. I now see the benefit. It Does enable the reluctant to start a quick practice.
Scott, i was wondering if the 2 and 10 minute meditation would work all in the same meditation. I agree, it does work!
I am breathing in & out. Lightly. My nose, head always congested. I do want to lose that clogged sense.
Breath
Steady med like finding new friend
Daily breath pattern feels more established
Thanks Steve and Jodi for providing daily meditation
Proud, I have steadily meditated all of July.
Brilliant. Im proud of you too and thanks for the support. I’d love to interview you and find out what helped you persevere and how it has made a difference or shift in your life.
