Beryl is a renowned teacher, not only for her knowledge of classical yoga and her studies of the Yoga Sutra, but for her abilities to brilliantly and intuitively access a student’s weaknesses and misalignments, both physically and psychologically, and prescribe specific yoga practices for healing and growth.
Most of us don’t start thinking about longevity until we get into our 50s or so, or until we deal with injury or illness. Yoga and Longevity: 8 Secrets for a Longevity with Beryl Bender is designed for all people of all ages because we all want to live a long healthy life, and it’s never too early to start moving in that direction. In fact, the earlier we start, the easier and more effective these practices are. The well-researched and documented commonalities of the world’s longest lived and happiest people include spending time outdoors in nature, moving naturally, meditating, practicing yoga, connecting with your community, downshifting, finding your dharma, eating well, and much more.
There are 3 90-minute sessions held live on April 11th, 18th and 25th at 7.30pm EST. A recording of each session will be made available via the online course hub after each session so you can catch up. A pop-up community in private Facebook Group will also be available enabling you to interact with your fellow course members and receive ongoing support throughout the course.
