Time to Chill – Meditation Challenge

In our 5-Day Meditation Challenge we’ll create the opportunity for you to reduce your stress and anxiety. You’ll develop tools to cultivate mindfulness that can help you chill out. No experience in meditation is required. All you need is yourself and 20 minutes each day.

NOTE: This summit features a new meditation from Jon Kabat-Zinn available only in this challenge.
