Join Matthew Fox in a three-part live series exploring the intersection of science and spirituality. He and leading thinkers will bridge the gap between modern science and creation spirituality, uncovering how each can enrich and inspire the other.

Science and Religion have been in a divorce mode for at least 400 years. Today is a different day for both religion and science and especially spirituality and science. Prophetic voices like Teilhard de Chardin and Thomas Berry as well as Albert Einstein and Alfred North Whitehead saw this coming.

In this three-part series, creation theologian Matthew Fox will interact with three contemporary scientific thinkers who are working to bridge the gaps between science and spirituality. Together they will address the overall question:

“What does science offer to spirituality today? How does it buttress spirituality?”

Another question may be: “What does spirituality bring to science?”

Matthew Fox, PhD, is author of 45 books on creation spirituality and culture including The Reinvention of Work, Original Blessing, The Coming of the Cosmic Christ, A Spirituality Named Compassion. He is originator of the University of Creation Spirituality, the Order of the Sacred Earth and The Cosmic Mass.

Nancy Abrams is co-author with her physicist husband Joel Primack of View From the Center of the Universe and The New Universe and the Human Future: How a Shared Cosmology Could Launch a Global Society and A God Who Could Be Real;

Brian Thomas Swimme, PhD is author of Cosmogenesis: An Unveiling of the Expanding Universe and The Universe Story (with Thomas Berry) and numerous books on the new cosmology; and

Robert Nicastro, PhD is a member of the Center for Christogenesis.
